A Note From Our Founder

“A few years ago, I went through burnout and it was a very confusing time. Even with intense Googling, I wasn’t sure exactly what burnout was or if I was really going through it. At the time, I was also part of a very intense corporate atmosphere where admitting burnout felt like failure or that I was deficient as a human. Unhealthy thoughts for sure! And so learning about burnout in the way Self-Care for Servant-Hearted Leaders is laid out would have helped then but it’s still helping now—encouraging me to reflect and assess my current situation. And I’d guess I’m not the only one needing some self-care? 🌸 We hope you enjoy this course and that it helps you seek God for emotional health and healing.”
